You can use PetWellness AI without creating an account or giving us your name, email address or any other personal details. We do not store personal information about visitors.

If you email us, we will receive your email address and message, and use them only to reply to you.

2. The AI Symptom Checker

When you use the symptom checker, the text you type (such as your pet's symptoms) is sent to Google's Gemini AI service, which generates the response you see. We do not save your search on our website.

• Google processes the text you submit under its own terms and policies. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Please describe your pet's symptoms only. Do not include personal details such as your name, address, phone number or email in the search box.
• To prevent abuse, the website keeps a short-term, scrambled (one-way encoded) record of your IP address that only counts how many searches are made per minute. It is not used to identify you or for any other purpose.

3. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, so we can improve it. Google Analytics collects information such as:

• Pages visited and time spent on each page
• General location (country or city level)
• Device type, browser and operating system
• How you arrived at the site (for example, a search engine or social media)
